What are the advantages of handloom fabrics?

Handloom fabrics crafted
through traditional techniques possess a distinct character, reflecting the skilled craftsmanship and artistry of the weavers. These textiles offer exceptional breath-ability, keeping one cool during summers, while also providing warmth and insulation during winter, making them versatile and comfortable throughout the year.

What is the time line to solve my complaint or request?

We try to resolve our customer issue within 48 working hours.

Products

Where are your manufacturing facilities located?

Piharwa does not have a company owned production unit. Our motto is to work with skilled
artisans across India and giving them their due respect for their craft.

We want to support the local and Indian craft as well bring out their best to our urban client.

This commitment has helped preserve the traditional crafts of
India and created employment opportunities in rural and sub urban areas.

Are all Piharwa products handmade?

We try to maximize the
handmade process, using hand-woven, hand block-printed fabrics and vegetable dyes as far as possible. If a power loom is used, the fabric is decorated using hand processes such as block printing, embroidery, embellishing etc.

Do Piharwa sizes confirm to international norms?

There are no true international norms for clothing and home textiles as every company tends to have its own sizing standards.

Please refer to our Size Guide where we have suggested basic guidelines of how Piharwa sizing compares to other international sizing.

The best approach is to take your own measurements and compare these to our measurement charts.

What if an item is out of stock?

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. If you place an order for an item
which is not in stock, we will inform you through an email and initiate the refund within two business days from date of cancellation to the original mode
of payment. In the future, we hope to be able to notify you when an out of stock item becomes available which would allow you to place a new order for
same product(s).

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I exchange an item?

In order to exchange an item you need to go through the returns process as described above. We will refund your credit/debit card once we receive the returned merchandise. You must place a
new order for the replacements you would like.

Can the delivery be rescheduled if I am not available to collect my order?

Rescheduling delivery at requested time may not be possible. However, our courier partner will make 3 attempts to deliver the order before returning it back to us.

Can I change shipping address after I place my order?

You cannot change the shipping address once an order is placed, you can cancel the order if not shipped.

Orders

How will I know if you have received my order?

During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from Piharwa.

When will I receive a refund for my returned products?

All credits will be issued only to the
credit/debit card used for making the original purchase. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your credit and send you an email confirmation. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit/debit card statement. Click here to know more on Refunds.

Can I have the product gift wrapped?

In the future we hope to offer this service.

Can I include a gift message with the package?

Yes, a gift message can be included with your order.

What if money gets debited from my account and order is not placed?

For unsuccessful orders the amount usually gets credited back to your account within 7 days. Please get in touch with your bank in case delayed beyond 7 days.

How will my product be packed?

Each product packaging is
designed as appropriate for the product and all the products are nicely bubble wrapped and corrugated to avoid any transit damages.
