RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Piharwa, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted, hand-finished, and packed with utmost care. To maintain the authenticity and quality of our artisanal pieces, we follow the policy outlined below:
1. No Return Policy
We do not offer returns under any circumstances.
All sales are final.
2. Exchange Policy (Applicable Only in Specific Cases)
We provide an exchange only in the rare event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product being delivered.
To be eligible, the below conditions must be strictly followed:
a. Mandatory Proper Unboxing Video
A clear, continuous unboxing video is required, starting from the sealed package up to the product being fully opened.
Photos or tampered videos will not be accepted.
b. Complaint Must Be Filed Within 24 Hours
Any issue must be informed to us within 24 hours of receiving the order, with all required proof.
Complaints raised after this period cannot be entertained.
c. Natural Wood Characteristics Are Not Eligible for Exchange
Minor cracks, knots, natural holes, grain patterns, texture variations, or slight unevenness are inherent features of natural wood and will not qualify for exchange.
d. Colour Variation Will Not Be Considered a Defect
All our products are handcrafted and hand-painted by artisans, and slight colour differences, brush strokes, or shade variations are natural and part of the beauty of handmade work.
Such variations are not valid reasons for exchange.
e. Product Must Be Unused & in Original Condition
In case an exchange is approved, the product must be kept unused, with all original tags, labels, and protective packaging intact by the customer only.
f. Exchange Not Applicable for Size/Design Preference
We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as “change of mind,” “size mismatch,” or “design preference.”
3. Damage Due to Mishandling Not Covered
Any damage occurring after delivery—due to improper use, rough handling, water exposure, dropping the product, or environmental factors—will not be eligible for exchange.
4. Packaging Requirement for Reverse Pickup
If an exchange is approved, the product must be repacked securely in the original packaging for safe transit by the customer only.
Failure to do so may void eligibility for exchange.
5. Decision Authority
All exchange approvals are strictly at the sole discretion of Piharwa after reviewing the provided evidence and product condition.
