Authenticity Assurance
All products available on Piharwa are brand new and guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Every item is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
In the rare case that an order is delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, the product may be eligible for an exchange, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags along with the original invoice and payment details.
Return & Exchange Policy

Products from our Home category are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or defects upon delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, customers must share clear images of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Return pickup charges will be covered by Piharwa only for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds as each product is crafted with significant time and effort. Refunds are considered only in cases of fulfillment errors, such as missing or incorrectly delivered items. Please note that a return or exchange request can be raised only once per order.
For approved returns, a credit note will be issued once the product is received by us. The credit note will be valid for one year on our website and may also be used to exchange for another available product.
In cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of acceptance.
