All products offered by Piharwa are handcrafted. As a result, slight variations in color, size, texture, or finish may occur and are inherent to the handmade process. Such variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for dispute.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at our sole discretion without liability.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Piharwa reserves the right to accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed at the time of order placement. Orders shall be processed only upon successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch orders within the estimated timelines displayed on the website. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including logistics or force majeure events.

7. Returns & Replacements

Returns are not accepted. In the event of damage during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, a replacement may be arranged at our discretion.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. This includes, but is not limited to, made-to-order or customised products.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, including but not limited to images, designs, content, logos, trademarks, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Piharwa / APO & CO. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
